What is a Verified Organizer?

A Verified Organizer on GameShard is an individual or team that has been recognized as a trusted and reliable tournament organizer on the platform. To become verified, organizers must go through a process that ensures their legitimacy, including identity verification, as well as a track record of successful and fair tournament management. A Verified Organizer is someone who consistently demonstrates professionalism, fairness, and organization in their events. They are trusted by the GameShard community to run smooth and transparent tournaments, ensuring that players have a competitive and enjoyable experience. Much like Verified Players, Verified Organizers are also typically well-known within the community, active on social media, and respected by both players and other organizers. Being a Verified Organizer comes with perks, such as enhanced visibility on the platform, increased credibility, and the ability to host larger and more high-profile tournaments. It’s a mark of distinction that reflects trust, experience, and commitment to quality. Additionally, GameShard will suggest Verified Organizers to potential sponsors, partners and customers.

A Verified Team on GameShard is a group of players that has earned the trust and recognition of the platform by ensuring that all its members have undergone the ID Verification (KYC) process. Every player on the team must complete this process to confirm their identity, ensuring they meet the platform's standards for security, transparency, and fair play. A Verified Team stands out not only because of its compliance with verification requirements but also for its reputation within the GameShard community. Verified Teams are often comprised of reliable and skilled players who are well-known, active in tournaments, and recognized for their fair competition. This status grants the team additional credibility and can open the door to participation in higher-stakes tournaments and exclusive events. By becoming a Verified Team, you're not just securing your spot in competitions—you’re signaling to the community that your team is legitimate, trustworthy, and ready for serious play.

How can I become Verified?

Becoming a Verified Player, Organizer, or Team on GameShard is a special recognition of trustworthiness and reputation within the community. However, the exact rules and requirements for verification are not publicly disclosed. That said, you can still request verification by following the process outlined below. To request verification, simply contact us through Live Chat by clicking the "?" icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen. Once your request is submitted, you will be asked to provide your social media profiles and explain why you believe you should be verified. Verification requests take up to 14 days to be processed, during which time we’ll review your application and assess your suitability. Please note that all verification decisions are final and cannot be appealed. If your application is declined, you will be able to re-apply after 30 days.
