Follow the steps below to get started: 1. Click on "Sign up": At the top-right corner of the homepage, click the "Sign up" button. 2. Fill in your details: Complete the registration form with your name, email, and password. Be sure to enter your Birthdate in the format dd/mm/yyyy (e.g., 15/10/1995 for October 15th, 1995) to ensure proper submission. 3. Submit: Once the form is filled, simply click the submit button, and your account will be created! Now you’re ready to explore GameShard and start competing in your favorite tournaments!

I forgot my login details

Don’t worry if you’ve forgotten your password or login details! Recovering your access to GameShard is quick and easy. Just follow these steps to reset your password: 1. Go to the login page: Click on the "Login" button at the top-right corner of the homepage. 2. Click on "Forgot your password?": This option is located below the login form. 3. Enter your email address: Input the email you used when signing up. 4. Check your inbox: Look for an email from us and follow the instructions to reset your password. If you’ve forgotten the email address associated with your account, please contact us using our on-site chat. Click the "?" icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen and select "CHAT NOW" for immediate assistance.
